A Taste of Austin: Through the Lens of Sustainability
A Taste of Austin: Through the Lens of Sustainability was created by 17 dietetic interns in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at the University of Texas at Austin. We aim to raise funds and help support our local community affected by COVID-19—particularly those who are struggling with food insecurity. In this cookbook, we showcase how local restaurants promote sustainability, as we are deeply passionate about this topic as well.
We have partnered with Feeding Texas and the Safe Kitchen Alliance to combine our efforts to promote sustainability and fight food insecurity. All funds generated through sales of this book will go toward Feeding Texas.
